Company-driven platform that enhances social capital in workplace
Initial Prompts
As many people feel meetings drain time instead of being useful gatherings, how might we utilize AI and NLP technologies to reshape meeting experiences, fostering enhanced individual and team performance?
Work doesn't need to be a cold-dead space.
Now, you can float.
A company-driven platform for employees to bond, explore, grow and address pandemic challenges, promoting better support, productivity and mental health.
Our team initiated the process by examining the problem context and analyzing user behavior patterns.
Here are challenges of remote work on team dynamics and productivity:
01
With remote work, teams struggle more to collaborate and end up being more isolated.
02
Difficulties in coordination and slow help responses result in tasks taking much longer.
02
Existing products focusing mainly on formal discussion, creating a gap in casual interactions that impacts work performance.
Revised HMW statement
How might we encourage casual interactions among employees working in a remote environment to strengthen their bonds and productivity?
Junior employees are our main target as they’re most impacted by feelings of disconnection, while senior staff and managers are less affected.

People can simply ask questions and AI will suggest who can answer those questions to build a helping culture.
05

Simply by going into the event page, people can easier spend time together to learn, have fun, and create belongings.
Through this project, I learned to ask focused yet open-ended questions[1] to identify and prioritize key problems. To avoid information overload[2], I set clear goals alined with design prompts, used voting in brainstorming, and applied insight-based matrices. I also ensured timely MVP delivery[3] by employing weekly planning and checklists.
